The apartment has two rooms. In one room, there is a kitchenette equipped with a microwave oven, an electric hob, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is no stove in the apartment, but if you need one, that is not a problem – we will gladly cook or bake something for you in our kitchen.
Guests have access to two balconies, and each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. You can also use the outdoor barbecue, private parking for your car is provided, and the apartment includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
The apartment is located on the second floor, has an area of 50 m², and is only 50 metres from the beach. The beach is sandy. In front of the house, there is a shop, a bakery, and an ATM, which makes your stay even more convenient.
To reserve the apartment, it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to two nights. After the payment, we will send you a voucher, that is, a booking confirmation. Air conditioning and tourist tax are included in the price.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
