The apartment has two rooms. One room has a double bed measuring 200 x 200 cm, while the other room has a bed measuring 140 x 200 cm. One room has a balcony, and there is an additional balcony in front of the kitchen.
Guests have access to a kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave oven, and a refrigerator with freezer, a bathroom, a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
There is also an outdoor barbecue available for use, as well as private parking for a car.
The apartment is located on the second floor, has an area of 60 m², and is only 50 metres from the beach. The beach is sandy. In front of the house, there is a shop, a bakery, and a market.
To reserve the apartment, it is necessary to pay a deposit equal to two nights. After payment, we will send you a voucher, that is, a booking confirmation. Air conditioning and tourist tax are included in the price.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the advance payment.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the deposit amount.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
